Short answer
Evidence-led verdict
Titan Strike is a Relax Gaming first-party title identified in the checked demo as titanstrike. The live help we inspected is dated 10 July 2025 and marked version 1.0.7; the official release record dates the game to 3 October 2023. The rules describe five reels, three rows and fifteen fixed paylines, with Lightning symbols limited to the middle three reels. Those identifiers matter because lower-return builds and market-specific clients can share the same artwork.
The checked help states a theoretical RTP of 96.09%, equivalent to a 3.91% theoretical house edge. That is the figure for the client opened during this review, not proof that every operator deploys the same build. Relax's product record lists alternative game IDs, so the percentage inside the exact live client remains the controlling value.
The checked help does not state one fixed ordinary-game maximum. Its paytables and any separately documented jackpot rules must therefore be read without inventing a universal cap. The reference stake range is €0.10 to €200. The risk profile is not stated in the checked first-party help, product record or release article; return and prize information do not predict whether a feature or large award will occur in a session.
This page confirms studio authorship, current help text and public release status. It does not claim that a New Zealand operator offers the title, that a demo is a local real-money product, or that a displayed euro-denominated reference range will appear as NZD. Those questions require a separate operator and live-client check.

Release status and the checked Titan Strike build
Relax Gaming released Titan Strike on 3 October 2023 and continues to list it under Own Games. The first-party product record identifies a 15 Fixed Lines video slot with a reference bet range of €0.10–€200.
The official demo loaded as “titanstrike”. Its information panel is dated 10/07/2025 and marked version 1.0.7. That current help post-dates the release article and controls the numerical claims in this guide.
The client uses five reels and three rows with every one of the fifteen paylines active. The Wild substitutes for paying symbols, line wins begin on the leftmost reel, and only the highest combination on each line is paid.
No alternative public game ID appears on the checked product card. That does not prove every casino carries the same mathematics: the visible help inside a deployed client remains the final check.
Middle three reels
Lightning Strike awards one highest cash prize
Lightning Strike symbols appear only on reels two, three and four. Landing three to nine awards a cash prize under the feature table, from 1× total bet at the lower end to 2,000× for the largest documented combination.
When several qualifying patterns are visible, only the highest Lightning Strike cash amount is awarded. The values are not added as separate overlapping prizes, which is why counting every group independently would overstate a result.
The same symbols also advance the long-term collection meter. One landing can therefore contribute to current-round cash evaluation and to stored feature progress, but the stored increment is not an immediately withdrawable win.
Lightning frequency changes inside the two Free Spins routes. The help says more Lightning symbols are present and fixes one in the centre of reel three, reducing the number of additional positions needed for a qualifying group.
Two ten-spin routes
Regular and Super Free Spins use different guarantees
Three Bonus symbols on reels two, three and four award ten regular Free Spins. A fixed Lightning Strike symbol remains in the centre of reel three, and each Bonus symbol landing during the feature adds one spin.
Super Free Spins require Bonus symbols on reels two and four plus a Super Bonus on reel three. This route also begins with ten spins, uses the fixed centre Lightning and adds a spin for each further Bonus.
The Super distinction is the win guarantee. Once a Lightning Strike cash prize is established, the highest such award is repeated for each remaining Super Free Spin in addition to ordinary wins. The rule is feature-specific and should not be applied to regular Free Spins.
Ten starting spins do not imply ten prizes. Outcomes remain random, and extra-spin symbols are not guaranteed. A purchase guarantees entry to the named route, not a return equal to or above its cost.
Five stages of 150
Stored Lightning progress and average-bet settlement
Every Lightning Strike symbol increments the collection meter. Each stage requires 150 symbols. Completing stages one through four awards regular Free Spins; completing the fifth awards Super Free Spins and then resets the meter.
Excess symbols carry forward. If the meter is one short and five Lightning symbols land, one completes the current stage and four count towards the next. Progress is not discarded at the boundary.
The stake used for an awarded feature is based on the average bets that contributed Lightning symbols to that stage. The help requires an integer multiple of the minimum bet and uses stochastic rounding when the average falls between permitted steps.
For regular rewards, each stage uses its own contributing bets. The Super reward uses the average across all five stages. Changing stake near completion therefore does not simply set the whole stored feature to the newest amount.
Two optional prices
40× regular buy and 80× Super buy
Where enabled, Buy Free Spins costs 40× the regular stake and guarantees the regular ten-spin trigger. Its checked theoretical RTP is 96.45%, separate from the 96.09% base game.
Buy Super Free Spins costs 80× and guarantees the Super trigger with its repeated Lightning guarantee. The help assigns this route 96.50% RTP. The slightly higher long-run percentage does not reduce the possibility of losing most or all of one purchase price.
The two purchase returns cannot be merged into “96.5% for Titan Strike”. A deployed interface must be matched to the exact action: ordinary spin, regular purchase or Super purchase.
Operators and markets can remove purchase controls. The official demo proves the supplier rules we inspected, not that a real-money option is available in New Zealand or permitted under a particular promotion.
Live-help evidence
RTP, house edge and alternative builds
The information panel in the checked official demo states “the theoretical return to player for this game is 96.09%.” Subtracting that value from 100% gives a theoretical house edge of 3.91%. Both numbers describe the same long-run mathematical relationship from opposite directions; they are not separate charges and they are not a forecast for a deposit.
| Checked mode or route | Theoretical RTP | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Base game in official demo | 96.09% | Verified in help: 10 July 2025 |
| Buy Free Spins | 96.45% | Costs 40x bet and guarantees the regular feature where offered |
| Buy Super Free Spins | 96.50% | Costs 80x bet and guarantees the Super feature where offered |
A return of 96.09% means that across the model's very large test horizon, average awards correspond to 96.09 units for every 100 units staked. It does not mean a player receives that percentage back after 100 spins. High variation, rare features and capped awards can produce short samples far above or below the designed average.
Alternative game IDs are material even when their exact returns are absent from the public product card. A casino can deploy a lower-RTP build under the same consumer title. We therefore do not label 96.09% “universal” or “guaranteed.” Open the information control in the operator client and look for the percentage after the game has loaded.
Do not infer RTP from a demo balance, one successful bonus, a streaming clip or a site's headline card. A random sample cannot identify the configured model reliably. The useful audit record is the exact title, visible game ID or version, displayed RTP, date and operator client captured together.
Distribution, not prediction
Volatility and maximum-win limits
The checked first-party sources do not assign Titan Strike a formal volatility category. Lightning cash prizes, persistent collection progress and two feature routes shape the distribution, but they do not justify inventing a provider label.
The current help does not publish a single fixed ordinary-game cap. That evidence gap must remain separate from moving progressive prizes and promotional maximum-win copy. If a deployed operator client states a cap, record that exact build and the unit it uses rather than importing a number from another source.
A cap is a settlement limit, not a realistic session target. It provides no countdown, hit schedule or evidence that raising the stake improves the chance per dollar. Previous non-winning spins do not move a random future result closer to the cap. Treat every paid round as new exposure.
Practical risk is also shaped by total stake, spin speed, feature purchases, enhanced-spin options and session length. A lower stake repeated rapidly can expose more money than a higher stake used briefly. Decide the total acceptable loss before opening the game, then use account limits and breaks rather than chasing a feature.
Read the charged amount
Bet range, optional costs and affordability
The product record gives a reference minimum of €0.10 and maximum of €200. Those euro-denominated figures identify the provider's reference build. They do not promise equivalent NZD controls, and an operator can apply different denominations or account limits.
Always read the total bet immediately before a paid action. The interface can show denomination, level, lines and total stake separately. Enhanced spins or bonus-reel options may increase the price of a round, while a feature purchase can cost many multiples of the base stake. The amount leaving the balance is the relevant measure.
A useful pre-session calculation is total bet multiplied by the maximum number of rounds you are prepared to buy, assuming the entire amount can be lost. For a feature purchase, treat the whole displayed price as exposed at once. Do not finance a purchase by increasing the base stake after losses.
Promotional funds do not change the slot's RTP. Wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum-bet rules and cash-out limits sit in the operator's terms. Check them independently, because a bonus can make an otherwise permitted game or stake ineligible.
Interface verification
Mobile help and what a demo can prove
The official web demo loaded a responsive game client and exposed the title, help date, version, rules and return information used here. On a phone, locate the menu, information icon, total bet, balance and paytable before considering a paid round. If text is clipped, rotate the device or expand the help rather than relying on a search result.
A demo can demonstrate symbol movement, feature order, mode selection and interface controls with valueless credits. It cannot establish that a real-money operator accepts players in New Zealand, that the operator uses the same game ID, or that its active RTP matches the demo.
Demo results also cannot validate the long-run RTP. Ten, one hundred or even thousands of observed spins are a noisy sample, especially in a volatile game. A large demo win is not a prediction for paid play and a dry demo sequence is not proof that the published mathematics is wrong.
If desktop and mobile help disagree, pause. Record the exact URL or operator, title, mode, help version and percentages. The mismatch can indicate a cached client, a market build or an update. Current deployed help is stronger evidence than an undated review, but conflicting clients still need clarification.
Separate evidence chain
New Zealand access is not inferred from the demo
Relax Gaming's own-games catalogue and public demo show that the studio publishes Titan Strike. They do not show that a named operator lawfully offers it to a person in New Zealand. Studio publication, aggregation, operator inventory, territorial access and legal status are separate claims.
Before any real-money use, verify the operator's identity, current New Zealand terms, age and location controls, payments, withdrawals, complaints, account limits and self-exclusion tools. A localised page, NZD wallet or country flag is not on its own regulatory proof.
New Zealand's online-gambling position is time-sensitive. Check the Department of Internal Affairs player guidance and our dated legal-status guide at the point of use. This review is about one game's rules and does not provide legal advice.
Even after an operator check, inspect the live game help. A valid operator relationship does not prove the highest RTP, and the right RTP does not prove operator status. Keeping both questions separate prevents a global demo from becoming an unsupported availability claim.
Source reconciliation
What the checked sources establish
The official product page establishes first-party authorship, public release status, layout, reference bets, headline features and the supported market game IDs. The loaded demo supplies the stronger operational evidence for rules, version, displayed RTP, purchase route and win-cap wording.
The v1.0.7 help confirms 96.09% base RTP, separate 96.45% and 96.50% purchase routes, fifteen paylines, Lightning Strike awards, both ten-spin features and the five-stage meter. The release article promotes a result up to 5,005x, but the current help does not call that figure a hard settlement cap; this review therefore leaves the cap unstated rather than converting launch copy into a rule.
Third-party reviews were used to find frequent questions and contradictions, not to override the live help. Competitors often print only the largest cap, omit the selected mode, describe alternative IDs as exact RTPs without a source, or treat global demo access as operator availability.
The evidence was checked on 6 October 2026. The date matters: Relax can update a client or product card, and operators can retain another certified build. Future checks should start with the deployed help and compare its identifier, version and return with this record.
We do not add a hit rate, feature frequency, universal volatility score, New Zealand operator claim or exact alternative RTP unless the checked first-party material supports it. An explicit evidence gap is preferable to a precise-looking number copied from another release.
Two-minute audit
Checklist before relying on this guide
- Match the full title Titan Strike and developer Relax Gaming.
- Confirm game ID titanstrike, help date 10 July 2025 and version 1.0.7 where shown.
- Check the layout: five reels, three rows and fifteen fixed paylines, with Lightning symbols limited to the middle three reels.
- Read feature triggers, reset rules and settlement order in the live help.
- Record the active RTP rather than assuming 96.09%.
- Confirm whether the deployed help states an ordinary cap; preserve the gap if it does not.
- Read the displayed total stake after enabling any option.
- Verify operator identity and New Zealand access independently.
- Check promotional terms separately from game mathematics.
- Set money and time limits that remain acceptable if no feature arrives.
If the live help differs, use that deployed build and send the title, game ID, version, date and screenshot through our corrections process. That evidence lets us update one canonical review without creating duplicate RTP or bonus pages.

Questions answered
Frequently asked questions
What is the Titan Strike RTP?
The checked official help states 96.09% for the base game, 96.45% for Buy Free Spins and 96.50% for Buy Super Free Spins.
How does Lightning Strike pay?
Three to nine Lightning Strike symbols on reels two to four award the highest applicable cash prize, ranging from 1× to 2,000× total bet.
What is the difference between Free Spins and Super Free Spins?
Both begin with ten spins and a fixed centre Lightning symbol. Super Free Spins also repeat the highest Lightning Strike award as a guarantee on each remaining spin.
How does the collection meter work?
Every Lightning Strike symbol adds one. Five stages each require 150 symbols; the first four award Free Spins and the fifth awards Super Free Spins before the meter resets.
Does the help state a hard Titan Strike cap?
No. The current help gives paytable and Lightning Strike amounts but does not state one formal game-round settlement cap.
