Wild.io crypto casino: NZ eligibility, account terms and evidence review

Wild.io identifies Stack Gaming Ltd., registration 15986 in Anjouan, as operator and displays Anjouan licence ALSI-202504044-FI2. New Zealand is not named in the casino restricted-country list checked on 7 October 2026, but the terms place legality on the user, are marked updated 25 August 2023, and do not prove a successful NZ account lifecycle. The NZ Department of Internal Affairs says the transitional regime changes on 1 December 2026. No NZ registration, KYC, cashier, deposit or withdrawal was tested, so eligibility remains conditional.

Short answer

Current company evidence is clear; NZ eligibility is still conditional

Wild.io’s English terms name Stack Gaming Ltd., registration number 15986, registered in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The same page and the dedicated licence page display Anjouan licence number ALSI-202504044-FI2. The privacy policy repeats the company, registration and address. Those matching first-party records are stronger identity evidence than a brand logo alone.

New Zealand is not in the casino restricted-country list visible in clause 2.6 on 7 October 2026. Australia is listed, which makes it especially important not to treat an Australasian region label as one eligibility rule. The terms separately accept only people in places where online gambling is lawful and make the user responsible for checking local law.

The terms page is marked “Updated: 25.08.2023” even though it contains a later licence number and the footer says 2026. That dating mismatch does not make every clause false, but it weakens confidence about revision history. Preserve the complete page, footer and licence validation result rather than quoting only the favourable country list.

No NZ account was created. We did not test location screening, age verification, KYC, the authenticated cashier, a game launch, deposit or withdrawal. Non-listing is therefore a relevant observation, not proof of end-to-end access. Status is conditional and must be rechecked against the New Zealand transition described by DIA.

Contracting counterparty

Stack Gaming Ltd. appears consistently across legal pages

Terms clause 1.2 supplies the operator name, registration 15986 and Anjouan address. The privacy page identifies the same company as data controller, while the licence and payment pages repeat the footer record. This consistency resolves a basic question that remains unclear at some crypto brands: who controls the account relationship.

Identity does not answer every risk question. A reader should still save the company record shown at registration, the payment descriptor, support address and any processor named in the cashier. The public payment page says transfers use AlphaPo, but a service provider is not the contracting casino and may change without changing the Wild.io brand.

Check whether the acceptance screen links the same English terms. Translated versions are informational; clause 1.5 says English controls when wording differs. If the signup contract, cashier or licence validation shows another entity, stop and obtain a written explanation before funding.

The governing-law clause points to the Autonomous Island of Anjouan and gives its courts exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the clause’s wider enforcement language. That is a practical dispute boundary for an NZ user and should not be confused with a local New Zealand complaint route.

Offshore regulatory claim

The displayed Anjouan licence is not a New Zealand authorisation

Wild.io’s licence page states that Stack Gaming Ltd. operates under number ALSI-202504044-FI2. The footer labels the site licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Authority. A reliable check should open the linked external validation record, match domain, company, number, status and authorised products, and save the date.

This review records what the operator claims and where it can be checked. It does not describe the licence as an NZ approval, a guarantee of solvency or a promise that a dispute will be recovered. Regulatory scope and practical enforcement vary, and the operator’s contract still controls many account decisions.

The licence page makes broad compliance statements but provides little procedural detail. For complaints, terms clause 16 sends the user first to customer service, then management and finally a listed independent body, gaming authority or regulator. Ask support for the exact escalation link and time limits before they become necessary.

Because the terms revision line predates the displayed licence number, preserve both the current licence page and terms. A company and licence can be current while individual clauses have older editorial timestamps; the mismatch is a reason to document, not to guess.

Residence and physical location

New Zealand’s absence from the list is only one part of the test

The casino list in clause 2.6 excludes many countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom, United States and several European and Asian jurisdictions. New Zealand was absent when checked. Wild.io also says it accepts people only from countries and regions where online gambling is allowed and gives no legal assurance for the user’s jurisdiction.

A New Zealand resident can still be physically present in a restricted country. Document country, current location, identity-document country and payment origin can be evaluated separately. Ask support whether an NZ resident physically in New Zealand may register, verify, play casino games, deposit and withdraw under the same contract.

The help centre says VPN use is allowed only while restricted-country terms are respected. Do not use that statement to bypass a block or make location appear eligible. A privacy tool cannot change the contract, and masked location can complicate later verification even when VPN software is not categorically banned.

Casino and sportsbook lists are not identical. Sports betting by overseas providers has separate New Zealand restrictions. This page evaluates the casino task only and does not treat a sportsbook tab as locally permitted.

Dated national context

The New Zealand system changes on 1 December 2026

DIA says the Online Casino Gambling Act is in force. Operators that provided services to people in New Zealand before 1 May 2026 may continue until 1 December 2026, during which they must not advertise to people in New Zealand. From 1 December, only successful auction operators may provide online casino gambling while applications are assessed.

On the article date, 7 October 2026, that transitional window has not yet ended. We did not verify whether Wild.io meets the “provided services before 1 May 2026” condition, whether it considers itself within the transition, or whether it will have authority after 1 December. Absence from its own restricted list cannot answer those government-law questions.

The site’s New Zealand legal-status guide owns the wider national explanation. Recheck DIA and its future public register close to any decision, because this is a fast-changing period rather than a timeless market description.

DIA warns that unlicensed platforms will not provide the same player protections under the coming framework. An Anjouan licence and an eventual New Zealand permission are separate records. Obtain qualified advice for legal interpretation or recovery of a material balance.

User obligations

One truthful account, one identity and authorised payment methods

The terms require adulthood, legal eligibility, accurate information and personal use. They permit only one account per person and extend the duplicate rule to one IP address, physical address, device and payment wallet. That wording can affect households or shared networks, so clarify it before multiple adults register from one home.

Users must complete required profile information before deposits and withdrawals are unlocked. False or incomplete data can lead to blocking and retention. Do not register under another address, reuse another person’s wallet or create a second account to solve an access problem.

Clause 8.9 says at least one deposit is required before withdrawing winnings from personal funds, bonuses, prizes or other income. The site is not a wallet or free transfer service. Clause 12.10 also requires more than one-times-deposit wagering before cash-out, with casual games excluded.

An account inactive for 12 months may incur a US$10 monthly administrative fee or the remaining balance if lower. Save closure confirmation when leaving a balance, and understand that cooling-off and self-exclusion controls have different withdrawal effects in the published terms.

Broad verification discretion

KYC can include documents, selfies, calls and English video

Clause 13 permits Wild.io to request any documentation it considers necessary to determine identity and location, and to restrict service, payments or withdrawals until satisfied. Clause 12.5 mentions ID, payment-system evidence and utility bills in Latin characters; if that is unavailable, management can request video verification.

The terms also allow a selfie, a selfie with a note, a telephone call or a live video call using a platform such as Microsoft Teams. Clause 13.6 says the verification and video call are conducted exclusively in English. A person unable or unwilling to complete that process should not assume deposits can be returned without review.

Some clauses use severe confiscation language for failure, refusal, fraudulent documents or non-response. Clause 13.5 describes attempts to contact a user for 28 days. Read those provisions before depositing and keep the registered email working, including spam checks.

Only upload through an authenticated channel confirmed by support. A legitimate process never needs a crypto seed phrase or private key. Retain original documents, upload receipts, message history and the exact request; redact sensitive copies used only for personal records.

Internal casino balance

A deposit transfers control away from the user’s wallet

Once crypto is sent to the casino address, the user no longer controls it with personal keys. Access depends on the operator, login security, compliance decisions, the payments processor and successful withdrawal processing. Treat the account balance as counterparty exposure, not self-custody.

Cryptocurrency price movement and gambling variance are separate. A coin-denominated balance can lose New Zealand-dollar value while unused, and a game win can coincide with a falling asset price. The payment page’s fiat display is an interface conversion; terms say the active cryptocurrency remains the transaction currency.

Use only an affordable session amount. Save asset, network, address, memo or destination tag, amount, transaction hash, confirmation count and credited balance. Those records cannot reverse an incompatible transfer, but they provide a reproducible trail.

The terms state the account is not a financial institution, pays no interest and provides no exchange service. Do not route funds through it for conversion, storage or transfers between people.

Public network evidence

Twelve listed assets still require an authenticated network check

The current payment page lists BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, TRX, ADA, USDT, BNB, USDC, XRP and SOL. The terms additionally mention GRAM/Toncoin in the playable-currency clause, creating a public-page difference. The authenticated cashier controls what a particular account can actually deposit and withdraw.

Terms specify ERC-20 for ETH, ERC-20 for USDC, and ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 or Solana for USDT. Primary networks apply to other currencies unless the deposit page states otherwise. XRP requires the exact destination tag. Cross-chain, unsupported token and smart-contract transfers can be lost.

The payment page publishes deposit minimums, including 0.0001 BTC, 0.002 ETH, 0.05 LTC, 12 DOGE, 0.01 BCH, 24 TRX, 5 ADA, 5 USDT, 0.01 BNB, 5 USDC, 3.5 XRP and 0.05 SOL. These are a dated public snapshot, not a promise that an NZ account sees the same values.

Before each transfer, record the live asset, exact network, address, tag, minimum, confirmation rule and displayed fee. A public logo is never enough. Use a small test only where supported and economically sensible.

Irreversible routing

Minimums exclude wallet fees and unsupported routes may be unrecoverable

Clause 4.9 says Wild.io does not impose a deposit fee but the sending wallet deducts blockchain fees. A transfer below the displayed minimum may not credit and can be permanently lost. The minimum therefore applies to the amount reaching the designated address, not necessarily the amount debited by the sender.

Terms describe a limited recovery attempt for some unsupported-network transfers above the equivalent of US$1,000, reported within seven days with a transaction hash. Recovery is not guaranteed and a processor-determined fee applies. That is an emergency possibility, not a reason to risk the wrong chain.

Use only a payment method and wallet you are authorised to control. Third-party methods are prohibited. Retain exchange receipts and source records in case KYC asks how the funds were obtained.

The active currency is not converted on site. A USD display does not turn BTC into dollars, and withdrawals return in the deposited cryptocurrency. Choose an asset and network you can also receive safely.

Contract before speed claim

Turnover, KYC, address confirmation and caps can all apply

At least one deposit and completed wagering requirements are necessary before withdrawal. Clause 12.10 states bets since the latest deposit must exceed one times that deposit in slots or one time in live and table games; casual games do not count. A cash-out can be declined until the condition is met.

The terms cap withdrawals at US$100,000 equivalent in seven days and US$200,000 in 30 days, subject to stated exceptions for some promotions, VIP decisions and progressive jackpots. Large requests may be paid in monthly instalments of up to US$200,000. These are contractual ceilings, not proof that ordinary payments reach those amounts.

Withdrawal addresses above US$500 equivalent require confirmation under clause 9.8. The user is responsible for accuracy, and changes may be impossible once processing starts. Never send a withdrawal to an internal deposit address or an address attached to another Wild.io account.

The payment page advertises automated processing and publishes speed figures, but we did not test them and do not convert them into a promise. Security review, KYC, network congestion and account-specific conditions can extend delivery. Record request ID, asset, network, address, amount, fee, time, status changes and final transaction hash.

Provider and build evidence

A large lobby claim does not prove one game’s NZ availability

Wild.io promotes casino, live, table, skill, jackpot and crash categories. Terms clause 3 warns that provider policies can make games unavailable in certain jurisdictions. A catalogue loaded in a public browser does not prove that the same title launches after NZ registration.

For each game, open the deployed help and record provider, full title, version, payout method, active RTP, total stake, feature price and maximum win. Many suppliers support several RTP configurations under identical artwork. The operator contract cannot substitute for the game’s own help.

Demo mode can teach controls but does not establish real-money country access or the selected configuration. Compare demo and paid help field by field and stop if provider, RTP or rules differ.

No total game count, average RTP or guaranteed NZ catalogue is claimed here. Public marketing numbers change and were not verified through an eligible authenticated account.

Offer-specific contract

Bonus arithmetic can be more important than the headline

The general casino bonus section says deposit bonuses are valid for one day unless the specific promotion says otherwise. It describes either 40× or 50× wagering, depending on the bonus, and gives slots 100% contribution while table, live, poker, casual, skill, fishing, multiplayer, scratch and other categories contribute zero.

A withdrawal before wagering completes can remove the bonus and its winnings. Cash play is deducted before bonus balance. Promotion-specific rules can add eligible countries, currencies, maximum bets, exclusions and conversion caps, so the general section is only the starting point.

This review does not publish a welcome amount, code, cashback rate or VIP value. Those claims change, can be personalised and were not redeemed. Capture the actual offer and terms before opt-in.

Keep ordinary deposit turnover separate from bonus wagering. Satisfying one does not automatically satisfy the other, and a visible progress counter should be checked against the accepted contract.

Evidence trail

Ask support one precise question at a time

Before registration, ask whether an NZ resident physically in NZ may use casino services on 7 October 2026 and after 1 December 2026. Request the governing company, licence-validation link, KYC language, accepted address evidence, crypto network, withdrawal turnover and dispute route.

Save the date, agent, full transcript and ticket. A support answer cannot override contradictory terms or government rules, but it can identify the exact regional contract. Generic “available worldwide” wording is not a complete answer.

If a dispute occurs, organise signup evidence, accepted terms, licence validation, KYC requests, deposit hashes, game history, withdrawal records and communications chronologically. Clause 16 says server logs prevail in game-result disputes, making independent records especially useful.

Never give support a seed phrase, private key or remote control of a wallet. Verify contact details through the authenticated site before sending identity documents.

Evidence balance

The strongest facts and the unresolved account questions

Established by current first-party pages: Stack Gaming Ltd., registration 15986 and an Anjouan address; displayed licence ALSI-202504044-FI2; New Zealand absent from the casino restriction list; twelve assets on the payment page; detailed network rules; broad KYC rights; turnover and withdrawal caps.

Not established: successful NZ signup, the operator’s entitlement under the New Zealand transition, access after 1 December 2026, accepted documents for a specific person, exact authenticated cashier values, full NZ game lobby, withdrawal speed or successful deposit-to-withdrawal testing.

Material caution points include the 2023 update marker on a page containing newer material, differences between public currency lists, strong confiscation wording, English-only video KYC, cross-chain irreversibility and the changing national framework.

The evidence does not support a “best casino” rating or unconditional recommendation. It supports a documented, conditional decision that must be repeated at the point of use.

Before funding

A New Zealand evidence checklist for Wild.io

  1. Save the English terms, update marker, footer, privacy policy and licence page.
  2. Validate ALSI-202504044-FI2 against Stack Gaming Ltd. and the exact domain.
  3. Ask whether an NZ resident in NZ may register, verify, play casino games and withdraw today.
  4. Ask how service changes on and after 1 December 2026.
  5. Prepare matching ID, address, wallet ownership and source-of-funds records.
  6. Confirm whether English video KYC is acceptable before depositing.
  7. Open the authenticated cashier and match asset, chain, address, tag, minimum and fee.
  8. Keep ordinary 1× turnover separate from bonus wagering.
  9. Verify each game’s provider, RTP, total stake and maximum award in live help.
  10. Use only affordable funds and preserve every transaction hash and support record.

Stop if location, company, licence, cashier, KYC or government guidance conflicts. Do not solve an eligibility failure with false details, a second account, another person’s wallet or location masking.

Bottom line

Wild.io has identifiable terms, but timing makes NZ verification essential

Wild.io provides clearer company, licence and crypto-network evidence than an anonymous operator. New Zealand is not named in the checked casino exclusion list. Those are useful facts, but they do not complete the NZ eligibility test.

The national framework changes on 1 December 2026, and this review did not establish Wild.io’s transitional qualification or future NZ permission. The terms’ old update marker also deserves a saved, dated copy and written clarification where necessary.

Status remains conditional until the same NZ user can reconcile current law, operator contract, licence validation, KYC and authenticated cashier. Do not treat homepage access or a fast-withdrawal claim as the missing proof.

The sponsored calls on this page lead to a different offer and are deliberately not labelled “Play Wild.io”.

Questions answered

Frequently asked questions

Do Wild.io terms prohibit New Zealand?

New Zealand was not named in the casino restricted-country list checked on 7 October 2026. That does not confirm registration, KYC, payments, game access or withdrawal for an NZ resident.

Who operates Wild.io?

The terms and privacy policy name Stack Gaming Ltd., registration 15986, Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

What licence does Wild.io claim?

The site displays Anjouan licence ALSI-202504044-FI2. This is an offshore operator claim, not a New Zealand licence or assurance of local eligibility.

What can KYC involve?

The terms permit identity and location documents, payment evidence, utility bills, selfies, a note, phone calls and live video verification conducted in English.

Does the sponsored button open Wild.io?

No. The existing CPA route leads to a separate offer and must be checked independently.
