mBit Casino crypto casino: NZ eligibility, account terms and evidence review

mBit Casino’s English terms, last updated 9 March 2026, name Scores55 Tech B.V. in Curaçao and licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. New Zealand is not named in the current restricted-country list, but users remain responsible for local legality and the NZ transition changes on 1 December 2026. No account, cashier, KYC, deposit or withdrawal was tested, so current NZ eligibility remains conditional rather than confirmed.

Short answer

mBit publishes a current operator record, but NZ access is conditional

The English player terms are marked effective 26 May 2014 and last updated 9 March 2026. They identify Scores55 Tech B.V., Curaçao registration number 162990, at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad. The same document and a dedicated licence page display Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1307/0748.

New Zealand does not appear in the current general restricted-country list. That is relevant contract evidence, but it is not an express approval. The terms accept adults only where online gambling is allowed, place responsibility for local compliance on the player, use location controls and prohibit VPN circumvention. Provider-specific blocks can narrow the catalogue further.

The contract documents nine cryptocurrencies and several exact network rules, discretionary KYC, one-times slot-deposit wagering, ten-times turnover for table and other games, and weekly and monthly withdrawal limits. Those are published rules, not proof that an NZ account can use every route.

No registration, KYC, authenticated cashier, deposit, game session or withdrawal was performed. This is a sourced contract review rather than personal experience, a speed test or a recommendation.

Contracting counterparty

The current terms identify one Curaçao company

Clause 1.1 names Scores55 Tech B.V. as owner and operator of www.mbitcasino.io, with registration number 162990 and a Willemstad address. The dedicated licence page repeats the entity, address and licence number, giving useful internal consistency across first-party pages.

Still, save the exact contract offered at signup. The terms allow amendment with or without notice and say continued use can bind the user to changes. A dated local copy helps establish which company, country rules and withdrawal clauses were visible before funds were sent.

Match the entity across registration, privacy notice, deposit record, KYC email and withdrawal confirmation. A payment processor or game supplier may appear in one flow without becoming the gambling counterparty. If a different company is named, ask support to explain the role before funding.

The contract uses mandatory arbitration through a qualifying global ADR institution selected and communicated by mBit if a claim arises. That is not the same as a local NZ complaint route. Preserve communications and obtain advice for a material dispute.

Offshore licence claim

OGL/2024/1307/0748 must be matched to entity and domain

mBit states that Scores55 Tech B.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under OGL/2024/1307/0748. A robust check should use the regulator’s official register or validator and match the entity, exact domain, status, product scope and date.

This review reports the first-party claim without converting it into a New Zealand licence, financial guarantee or payout warranty. Foreign operator permission and NZ domestic authority are different regulatory questions.

A current licence can help identify accountability, but it does not prove every advertised game, promotion or payment route is permitted for an NZ resident. Supplier restrictions and account controls remain separate.

Save the validation result with date and time. If the footer, licence page and regulator record disagree, stop and obtain a written explanation instead of choosing the most favourable version.

Country and provider rules

New Zealand is absent, but the contract does not guarantee access

The current restricted-country list is long and includes nearby Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu, but not New Zealand. It also states that restricted users cannot deposit and play real-money games and that withdrawals or refunds may not process successfully after a breach.

Clause 2.3 makes each user responsible for local law and says mBit identifies location and blocks certain jurisdictions. VPN or other masking used to circumvent restrictions can lead to account closure and cancelled winnings.

Provider rules are an additional layer. The terms say some games may be unavailable by jurisdiction and specifically prohibit bypassing supplier blocks. An account being accepted would not prove every lobby title is available.

Ask support whether an adult NZ resident physically in New Zealand may register, verify, deposit the intended asset, play casino games and withdraw under the current contract. Save the answer, while giving priority to conflicting government or written contract evidence.

Time-sensitive national context

The domestic transition changes on 1 December 2026

The Department of Internal Affairs says the Online Casino Gambling Act is in force. Operators serving people in New Zealand before 1 May 2026 may continue only through the transition ending 1 December 2026, without advertising to people in New Zealand. From 1 December, only successful auction operators may provide service while licence applications are assessed.

This article is dated 7 October 2026. We did not establish that mBit served NZ before the qualifying date, may rely on the transition, succeeded at auction or will receive a New Zealand licence. Its Curaçao record and country list cannot answer those domestic questions.

Use the site’s New Zealand legal-status guide and current DIA material at the point of use. Recheck after 1 December rather than carrying this October verdict forward.

Cryptocurrency does not create an exception from gambling law or operator terms. A reachable website, NZD display or accepted wallet address is not a domestic permission record.

Account duties

Age, accurate data and personal ownership are required

The casino accepts adults aged at least 18 only where online gambling is allowed. It can request proof of age and suspend users who do not provide it. Registration data, including the email address, must be valid.

Users may not give a third party access to the account. The site is for personal use, and deposits must use cryptocurrencies that are valid and lawfully belong to the user. A friend’s wallet or shared account can create ownership and KYC conflicts.

The contract prohibits double-spends and describes unconfirmed or deliberately delayed blockchain deposits as potential fraud. A transaction with too small a mining fee may take longer to confirm; do not gamble against unconfirmed value.

Enable strong authentication, keep recovery codes safely and save acceptance, deposit and support records outside the account. Do not create a second account to solve a restriction or suspension.

Verification discretion

KYC can occur before any payout is processed

The terms allow mBit to check identity before a payout and hold the withdrawal for the time needed. Documents can include identification, proof of address, proof of wealth, selfies, a note, phone call or live video verification. False documents can lead to refusal, termination and confiscation language.

A February 2026 help article says users should wait for instructions and submit requested documents to the specific email provided by the KYC team, including kyc@mbitcasino.io. Verify the sender and domain independently before emailing sensitive material.

Random security reviews can occur, especially around withdrawals. A smooth deposit is not proof that KYC will not be required later. Prepare readable, matching records before risking funds.

No legitimate process needs a wallet seed phrase or private key. A public transaction hash, signed message or ownership evidence is different from surrendering recovery credentials.

Control of funds

A credited casino balance is custodial exposure

Once crypto reaches an operator-controlled address and is credited internally, the user no longer controls the keys. Access depends on account status, verification, withdrawal review and supported destinations.

Blockchain confirmation proves that a transfer occurred; it does not prove account eligibility or immediate cashability. The terms require full confirmation before deposited funds can be withdrawn and permit transaction review for anti-money-laundering purposes.

Token-price movement and gambling variance operate together. Determine whether the account remains denominated in the deposited asset and how game stakes are displayed. The terms say on-site exchange is not available.

Keep only an affordable session amount at the casino. Record asset, chain, destination, tag, amount, hash, confirmations and credited balance. Wrong-network or wrong-address transfers can be irreversible.

Documented routes

Nine assets are named with several exact network limits

The terms list BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, USDT, XRP, TRX, BNB and ADA. ETH and USDT deposits and cash-outs are documented as ERC-20 only; smart-contract deposits are not supported. BNB uses BSC and TRX uses the Tron network.

Those statements are much stronger than generic coin logos, but they still need confirmation in the authenticated cashier. Terms, network support and minimums can change. Copy the exact asset-chain pair, address, tag, minimum, fee and confirmation requirement before each transaction.

The current terms publish minimum deposits, including 0.0001 BTC, 0.05 BCH, 0.002 ETH, 0.14 LTC, 4 XRP, 10 USDT, 10 TRX, 0.01 BNB and 2 ADA. Treat these as dated contract figures, not permanent promises.

Currency exchange is not available on site, and a deposited currency limits which games can be played. The contract even lists provider availability differences for some currencies. Confirm the intended game before selecting the deposit asset.

Confirmation and wagering

Deposit confirmation and turnover are separate gates

A deposit must fully confirm on the blockchain before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn. The terms warn that low mining fees can slow confirmation and reserve additional identity checks on deposits.

The withdrawal policy states a standard one-times wagering requirement for deposits used in slots and ten-times for table and other games. Another clause permits transaction-processing charges where bets since the last deposit are below three times the deposit. These clauses should be reconciled in writing because turnover and fee thresholds answer different questions.

Ask which stakes count, how mixed slot/table play is measured, how void rounds are treated and whether a bonus creates another wagering balance. Do not assume one wager makes every deposited amount freely withdrawable.

Use only lawfully owned crypto and retain acquisition and transfer records. Never send another person’s funds or use the casino as an exchange or forwarding service.

Published limits, untested processing

Wallet confirmation, KYC and instalment clauses can affect payout

Withdrawals go to the stated wallet address. A new destination requires email confirmation, and sending to an mBit deposit address or another address attached to an mBit account is prohibited. Enter withdrawal information only through the official authenticated platform.

The terms permit extra verification for payouts above one BTC and for smaller payouts. They publish maximum processing limits of three BTC equivalent in seven days and ten BTC in thirty days, subject to promotional and discretionary exceptions.

Wins of ten BTC or more can be split into ten monthly instalments of ten percent. These are contractual caps, not game maximum wins. The latest help page says per-transaction minimums are shown on the withdrawal page and can change.

No withdrawal was requested, so no speed claim is made. Save request ID, asset, network, wallet, amount, quoted fee, KYC messages, status changes and final hash.

Exact deployed help

Currency and provider restrictions can change the game lobby

The terms state that some currencies work only with listed providers. Country and supplier restrictions can narrow the lobby again. A public game count therefore does not prove what an eligible, funded NZ account would see.

For each title, record exact provider, version, RTP, evaluation method, total stake, feature price and maximum award from live help. Do not infer the setting from a supplier’s highest profile or an unauthenticated demo.

Crypto denomination does not improve RTP. Confirm the fiat-equivalent risk of small decimal stakes and keep game settings separate from token-price movement.

If a game is blocked, do not use location masking. The contract expressly prohibits bypassing provider restrictions, and an unavailable title should be treated as unavailable.

Offer-specific evidence

Marketing bonus numbers are not repeated as a current NZ offer

The public About page promotes a welcome bonus, but this review does not repeat its amount as an NZ entitlement. Promotion availability, deposit asset, wagering, game contribution and country limits can change independently of the main contract.

Before accepting, save the exact bonus terms: qualifying deposit, wagering base and multiple, maximum bet, excluded games, contribution, time limit, conversion cap and withdrawal condition. Bonuses are limited by household or IP under the general terms.

Requesting withdrawal before requirements are met can lead to removal of the bonus and related winnings. Keep promotional wagering separate from the ordinary deposit-turnover rules.

An offer increases play exposure and can delay cashability. Declining it may simplify the balance but does not remove standard deposit rules.

Account controls

Self-exclusion does not remove verification duties

The responsible-gambling wording allows a user to contact support@mbitcasino.io for definite or indefinite self-exclusion. Access and promotional material should be blocked during the exclusion.

A self-excluded player cannot log in to order a withdrawal and must contact support to initiate payment of the remaining balance. The terms explicitly say verification can still be required and ordinary casino limits still apply.

Before depositing, locate deposit, loss and time controls, check when changes take effect and ask whether exclusion covers related sites. Save confirmation of any limit or closure request.

Set independent affordable money and time limits. A game feature, crypto-price movement or near miss is not a recovery signal. Use the site’s responsible gambling resources if play causes harm.

Resolve the remaining NZ question

Ask one complete eligibility question before registration

Contact support@mbitcasino.io and ask whether an NZ resident physically in New Zealand may register, verify, deposit, play casino games and withdraw under the current Scores55 Tech B.V. contract on the question date.

Ask what changes on and after 1 December 2026, and request the current NZ authority or transition basis if service is claimed. Then confirm documents, asset and network, minimums, turnover, withdrawal caps and complaint route.

Save agent name, date, transcript and ticket. A support answer cannot override a conflicting contract, regulator register or DIA statement, but it can identify the regional account path.

Never accept a wallet address sent by a supposed agent for a withdrawal. The official help article says destinations must be entered by the account holder through the secure platform.

Evidence balance

What is established and what remains unresolved

Established by current first-party records: Scores55 Tech B.V., registration 162990, displayed Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748, 9 March 2026 terms date, New Zealand’s absence from the general restriction list, nine currencies, named networks, KYC rights, turnover and withdrawal caps.

Not established: a successful NZ signup, qualification under the current NZ transition, permission after 1 December 2026, accepted documents for a particular reader, the authenticated cashier, regional game inventory or a completed withdrawal.

Material cautions include provider-specific restrictions, strict VPN wording, asset-specific game availability, ten-times table-game deposit turnover, three-BTC weekly and ten-BTC monthly caps, possible instalments and broad verification rights.

The evidence supports a conditional checklist, not a “best crypto casino” label, rating or guaranteed payout conclusion.

Before funding

A New Zealand evidence checklist for mBit Casino

  1. Save the current terms, licence page, privacy notice and responsible-gambling rules.
  2. Validate Scores55 Tech B.V., OGL/2024/1307/0748 and the exact domain.
  3. Ask whether an NZ resident in NZ can register, verify, play and withdraw today.
  4. Ask how service changes on and after 1 December 2026.
  5. Prepare matching identity, address, wealth and wallet-ownership evidence.
  6. Match asset and network: ERC-20, BSC and Tron are not interchangeable.
  7. Confirm deposit minimum, confirmations, game-currency support and total stake.
  8. Reconcile one-times, ten-times and transaction-fee turnover clauses.
  9. Record withdrawal destination confirmation, limits, KYC and instalment rules.
  10. Stop if operator, licence, country, cashier or government evidence conflicts.

Do not use false data, a VPN, duplicate account or another person’s wallet to convert a refusal into access.

Bottom line

mBit is well documented, but NZ permission is not proven

mBit’s current terms provide unusually specific operator, currency, network, wagering and withdrawal information. New Zealand is not in the checked general restricted-country list. Those facts make the account easier to evaluate than one with an unidentified counterparty.

They still do not prove New Zealand service under the October transition or after 1 December 2026. No authenticated account or payment route was tested. The correct verdict remains conditional.
