Company incorporation, governing law and licensing jurisdiction are separate facts. None creates a New Zealand licence or guarantees a local remedy. Verify the licence record and match its entity, number, domain and current status before treating the footer as sufficient.

Save a dated copy of the terms and licence result. Operator identity can change, and a later dispute may depend on which company contracted when the deposit was made.
