Tower Tumble: rules, game features and verified RTP settings

Tower Tumble is a Relax Gaming 6×6 match game. Wins of three or more connected matching symbols destroy adjacent blocker tiles; exposed Elemental tiles can add Wilds or transformations. Clearing every tile awards one of three Free Spins modes: five spins with a multiplier, eight spins with a slower multiplier, or ten spins without one. The current public help contains an unresolved RTP placeholder rather than a numeric setting, so this guide does not publish an unverified percentage.

Short answer

Evidence-led verdict

Tower Tumble is a Relax Gaming first-party title identified in the checked demo as towertumble. the current official package exposes no readable version or publication date; the official release record dates the game to current catalogue listing; exact first-party launch date not located. The rules describe a six-by-six grid using connected match wins and cascades. Those identifiers matter because lower-return builds and market-specific clients can share the same artwork.

The current game-specific help contains an unresolved {{RTP}} template rather than a number. The public product page supplies rules, a historical headline win and reference stakes, but not a configured return. A numeric RTP and derived house edge must therefore be read from the exact deployed client.

The checked help does not state one fixed ordinary-game maximum. Its paytables and any separately documented jackpot rules must therefore be read without inventing a universal cap. The reference stake range is €0.10 to €100. The risk profile is mode-dependent; current help labels the choices High, Medium/High and Soft; return and prize information do not predict whether a feature or large award will occur in a session.

This page confirms studio authorship, current help text and public release status. It does not claim that a New Zealand operator offers the title, that a demo is a local real-money product, or that a displayed euro-denominated reference range will appear as NZD. Those questions require a separate operator and live-client check.

Exact first-party title

Tower Tumble is not Torii Tumble or another Tumble release

The checked title is Tower Tumble, identified by game ID towertumble and listed in Relax Gaming’s Own Games catalogue. Similar names in the studio’s catalogue are separate products with different layouts and rules.

The product page describes a colourful 6×6 game and a reference range of €0.10 to €100. Those euro values are product references, not proof that an NZ operator carries the title or uses the same limits.

The help endpoint is current and game-specific, but provides no visible version or publication date. This guide preserves that limitation instead of assigning a release version from a third-party database.

Connected matches

Three or more touching symbols create a win

Tower Tumble does not use fixed paylines. A winning group contains at least three matching symbols connected vertically or horizontally. Diagonal contact alone does not join a group.

Winning symbols disappear, symbols above fall into the cleared positions and new symbols enter. The next grid is evaluated again, so one paid round can contain several cascades.

Wilds can participate in paying matches. A cascade continues only while another valid win forms; the animation does not guarantee a second award.

Board clearance

Wins break adjacent blocker tiles

The initial board places blocker and Elemental tiles over positions. A winning group destroys blocker tiles directly above, below, left or right of its winning symbols. A tile touching only at a corner is not removed by that win.

Removing a tile reveals the symbol beneath it. The revealed position then participates in later cascade evaluation under the same match rules.

The important progress condition is complete clearance. Free Spins are awarded only when all tiles have been destroyed, not for collecting a fixed number of ordinary wins.

Four board effects

Elemental tiles activate after a cascade

Current help documents Water, Air, Earth and Fire tiles. They activate when a win occurs next to them and the cascade has finished. Water places two to five Wilds on eligible positions; Air creates a diagonal Wild path from its tile.

Earth and Fire alter symbols under their own documented patterns. Water, Air and Earth reveal a Wild beneath the tile, while Fire reveals the symbol created by its transformation.

These effects can prepare a new match, but their random placement means a triggered element is not a promised feature entry or fixed return.

Level progression

Free Spins reset the edge tiles at each level

Feature play begins at Tower Level 1 with tiles around the edges. Tiles persist between spins within that level, making clearance a visible progress target.

Clearing all wooden tiles advances to the next Tower Level. The tile frame is then rebuilt for the new level and the chosen mode determines the multiplier and remaining-spin behaviour.

The help describes level progression but no guaranteed final level. A starting allocation can end before another clearance occurs.

Selectable risk

Five, eight or ten starting spins change the feature shape

The High choice starts with five spins. Every completed level raises the win multiplier by one and resets the remaining spins to five.

The Medium/High choice starts with eight spins. Every new level resets the spin count to eight, while the multiplier rises every second level.

The Soft choice starts with ten spins and resets to ten after a level, but uses no win multiplier. More starting spins are not the same as a higher RTP or guaranteed larger award; the numeric return for each configured route is not exposed in the public package.

Live-help evidence

RTP, house edge and alternative builds

The current game-specific help contains an unresolved {{RTP}} template rather than a number. The public product page supplies rules, a historical headline win and reference stakes, but not a configured return. A numeric RTP and derived house edge must therefore be read from the exact deployed client. Without a verified percentage, a house edge cannot be calculated responsibly. Open the exact live help and subtract its displayed RTP from 100%; do not infer the missing value from artwork, a game-ID suffix or another edition.

Checked mode or routeTheoretical RTPHow to use it
Exact deployed base gameNot exposed publiclyRead the current in-game help before use

Once a deployed help panel supplies a percentage, read it as a long-run average across the mathematical model—not a personal refund after 100 spins. High variation, rare features, jackpots and capped awards can produce short samples far above or below that average.

Alternative game IDs are material even when their exact returns are absent from the public product card. A casino can deploy a lower-RTP build under the same consumer title. We therefore do not label any third-party percentage “universal” or “guaranteed.” Open the information control in the operator client and look for the percentage after the game has loaded.

Do not infer RTP from a demo balance, one successful bonus, a streaming clip or a site's headline card. A random sample cannot identify the configured model reliably. The useful audit record is the exact title, visible game ID or version, displayed RTP, date and operator client captured together.

Distribution, not prediction

Volatility and maximum-win limits

Current help gives three labels to the selectable feature modes: High, Medium/High and Soft. These describe relative feature choices, not a quantified hit rate or a universal volatility grade for every deployed build.

The current help does not publish a single fixed ordinary-game cap. That evidence gap must remain separate from moving progressive prizes and promotional maximum-win copy. If a deployed operator client states a cap, record that exact build and the unit it uses rather than importing a number from another source.

A cap is a settlement limit, not a realistic session target. It provides no countdown, hit schedule or evidence that raising the stake improves the chance per dollar. Previous non-winning spins do not move a random future result closer to the cap. Treat every paid round as new exposure.

Practical risk is also shaped by total stake, spin speed, feature purchases, enhanced-spin options and session length. A lower stake repeated rapidly can expose more money than a higher stake used briefly. Decide the total acceptable loss before opening the game, then use account limits and breaks rather than chasing a feature.

Read the charged amount

Bet range, optional costs and affordability

The product record gives a reference minimum of €0.10 and maximum of €100. Those euro-denominated figures identify the provider's reference build. They do not promise equivalent NZD controls, and an operator can apply different denominations or account limits.

Always read the total bet immediately before a paid action. The interface can show denomination, level, lines and total stake separately. Enhanced spins or bonus-reel options may increase the price of a round, while a feature purchase can cost many multiples of the base stake. The amount leaving the balance is the relevant measure.

A useful pre-session calculation is total bet multiplied by the maximum number of rounds you are prepared to buy, assuming the entire amount can be lost. For a feature purchase, treat the whole displayed price as exposed at once. Do not finance a purchase by increasing the base stake after losses.

Promotional funds do not change the slot's RTP. Wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum-bet rules and cash-out limits sit in the operator's terms. Check them independently, because a bonus can make an otherwise permitted game or stake ineligible.

Interface verification

Mobile help and what a demo can prove

The official web demo loaded a responsive game client and exposed the title, help date, version, rules and return information used here. On a phone, locate the menu, information icon, total bet, balance and paytable before considering a paid round. If text is clipped, rotate the device or expand the help rather than relying on a search result.

A demo can demonstrate symbol movement, feature order, mode selection and interface controls with valueless credits. It cannot establish that a real-money operator accepts players in New Zealand, that the operator uses the same game ID, or that its active RTP matches the demo.

Demo results also cannot validate the long-run RTP. Ten, one hundred or even thousands of observed spins are a noisy sample, especially in a volatile game. A large demo win is not a prediction for paid play and a dry demo sequence is not proof that the published mathematics is wrong.

If desktop and mobile help disagree, pause. Record the exact URL or operator, title, mode, help version and percentages. The mismatch can indicate a cached client, a market build or an update. Current deployed help is stronger evidence than an undated review, but conflicting clients still need clarification.

Separate evidence chain

New Zealand access is not inferred from the demo

Relax Gaming's own-games catalogue and public demo show that the studio publishes Tower Tumble. They do not show that a named operator lawfully offers it to a person in New Zealand. Studio publication, aggregation, operator inventory, territorial access and legal status are separate claims.

Before any real-money use, verify the operator's identity, current New Zealand terms, age and location controls, payments, withdrawals, complaints, account limits and self-exclusion tools. A localised page, NZD wallet or country flag is not on its own regulatory proof.

New Zealand's online-gambling position is time-sensitive. Check the Department of Internal Affairs player guidance and our dated legal-status guide at the point of use. This review is about one game's rules and does not provide legal advice.

Even after an operator check, inspect the live game help. A valid operator relationship does not prove the highest RTP, and the right RTP does not prove operator status. Keeping both questions separate prevents a global demo from becoming an unsupported availability claim.

Source reconciliation

What the checked sources establish

The product page establishes Relax authorship, the 6×6 format, 5,150.8× headline claim and €0.10–€100 reference range. Current help directly documents connected matches, cascades, blockers, four elemental effects and the three feature choices. It does not resolve the RTP variable or state a settlement cap.

Current help verifies match wins, adjacent blocker destruction, elemental activation, full-board clearance and three Free Spins routes. It does not expose one numeric RTP, a version date or a hard maximum-win rule.

Third-party reviews were used to find frequent questions and contradictions, not to override the live help. Competitors often print only the largest cap, omit the selected mode, describe alternative IDs as exact RTPs without a source, or treat global demo access as operator availability.

The evidence was checked on 6 October 2026. The date matters: Relax can update a client or product card, and operators can retain another certified build. Future checks should start with the deployed help and compare its identifier, version and return with this record.

We do not add a hit rate, feature frequency, universal volatility score, New Zealand operator claim or exact alternative RTP unless the checked first-party material supports it. An explicit evidence gap is preferable to a precise-looking number copied from another release.

Two-minute audit

Checklist before relying on this guide

  1. Match the full title Tower Tumble and developer Relax Gaming.
  2. Confirm game ID towertumble, help date 6 October 2026 and version not exposed where shown.
  3. Check the layout: a six-by-six grid using connected match wins and cascades.
  4. Read feature triggers, reset rules and settlement order in the live help.
  5. Record the active RTP rather than assuming a number from another source.
  6. Confirm whether the deployed help states an ordinary cap; preserve the gap if it does not.
  7. Read the displayed total stake after enabling any option.
  8. Verify operator identity and New Zealand access independently.
  9. Check promotional terms separately from game mathematics.
  10. Set money and time limits that remain acceptable if no feature arrives.

If the live help differs, use that deployed build and send the title, game ID, version, date and screenshot through our corrections process. That evidence lets us update one canonical review without creating duplicate RTP or bonus pages.

Questions answered

Frequently asked questions

What is Tower Tumble’s current RTP?

The current public help package returns an RTP template variable, not a numeric configured value. Check the information panel in the exact operator client before play.

How do wins form?

Three or more matching symbols connected vertically or horizontally form a win on the 6×6 grid; winning symbols disappear and new symbols cascade.

How are Free Spins triggered?

Destroy every tile covering the board. The player then chooses one of three modes.

What are the three Free Spins choices?

The help describes five spins with a multiplier increasing each level, eight spins with a multiplier increasing every second level, or ten spins with no multiplier.

Is Tower Tumble confirmed at an NZ casino?

No. The official studio demo confirms game rules, not operator inventory or lawful New Zealand access.
