Rollbit crypto casino: NZ eligibility, account terms and evidence review

Rollbit’s current official footer identifies Acacia Tech Ltd of Nevis and claims Anjouan licence ALSI-042308006-FII. New Zealand is not named in the official restricted-country list checked on 6 October 2026, but Rollbit can refuse other countries and this review did not open or verify an NZ account. Eligibility, cashier access and withdrawals therefore remain unconfirmed.

Short answer

New Zealand is not listed, but permission is not confirmed

Rollbit’s current official footer identifies Acacia Tech Ltd, Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis. It claims licence ALSI-042308006-FII from the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan, supervised by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.

The official restricted-country article checked on 6 October 2026 names many prohibited jurisdictions but not New Zealand. It also says Rollbit may refuse customers from additional countries at its discretion and that individual game providers can apply separate restrictions.

We did not create an account, submit identity documents, inspect an authenticated New Zealand cashier, deposit, wager, contact support or withdraw. Technical reachability and absence from a list do not prove that a particular NZ resident may complete the full account lifecycle.

The defensible conclusion is unconfirmed eligibility. Ask Rollbit in writing whether a New Zealand resident physically in New Zealand may use the casino, and save the answer with the current terms before sending funds.

Current first-party disclosure

Acacia Tech Ltd and the Anjouan claim

The footer across the public homepage, deposit route and verification route consistently named Acacia Tech Ltd at the check date. This is the strongest current public identity signal found for the main domain.

The same footer claims the Anjouan licence number above. This page reports that wording as a first-party claim, not as an independent regulator audit. A reader should open the linked validation record and confirm entity, number, status, domain and permitted products.

The footer explicitly says crypto trading is not considered gambling and is offered independently of the gaming licence. Casino, sportsbook and leveraged trading should therefore not be treated as one regulated product merely because they share an account.

An offshore licence claim is not New Zealand authorisation and does not guarantee account acceptance, payment recovery or a favourable complaint outcome. Contracting entity, product scope and dispute route all need separate attention.

Identity changed over time

Older official evidence named Bull Gaming N.V.

An older indexed official referral URL identified Bull Gaming N.V., Curaçao registration number 157086, and claimed Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1260/0494. That differs materially from the current Acacia Tech and Anjouan footer.

The older record is not used as the current operator statement. It is retained because unexplained entity changes matter for contract history, complaints and archived transactions. A stale indexed page should not override the live terms.

Before registration, verify that the Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, licence validation and payment descriptors name compatible entities. If they conflict, ask which company contracts with the player and which company holds the balance.

Save dated copies. A transaction made under an older entity may require a different evidence trail from an account currently presented under Acacia Tech Ltd.

Country list checked 6 October 2026

Restricted countries, provider blocks and discretion

The help centre lists Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bonaire, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, the Netherlands, North Korea, Saba, Slovakia, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and dependencies, and the United Kingdom.

New Zealand is not named. The same article nevertheless reserves the right to refuse customers from other countries, so omission is not an irrevocable promise of service.

Rollbit also warns that particular games can be unavailable because of supplier licensing restrictions. An account may load the site while a title or product category remains blocked.

Do not use a VPN, false address or another person’s documents to evade location controls. Circumvention can breach the contract and create balance, KYC and withdrawal risk.

National context remains separate

Anjouan wording does not establish NZ approval

The site’s New Zealand online-casino legal-status guide owns the dated national framework. This Rollbit review does not turn offshore access into a domestic licence or endorsement.

No checked first-party record established a Rollbit-specific New Zealand licence. The accurate finding is that NZ was not named in one restriction list while affirmative local permission remained unverified.

Recheck current Department of Internal Affairs information and ask Rollbit about casino use for a resident physically in New Zealand. Ask separately about sportsbook, NFTs, RLB and crypto futures because product rules can differ.

If the national information, operator response and live account behaviour conflict, do not deposit until the conflict is resolved. This is an evidence workflow, not individual legal advice.

Verification is conditional, not optional forever

Registration, KYC levels and accurate details

Rollbit’s help centre says verification can extend through as many as five KYC levels. After level one, the account is told whether another level is required. A camera-enabled device and supported identity documents may be needed.

The guide warns that details cannot simply be edited after each step. Use accurate legal information and do not assume a social or wallet login removes identity obligations.

Verification may be requested before sensitive account actions. A pending or declined review can require support intervention; public help does not promise that every review finishes within a fixed period.

Enable two-factor authentication and secure the linked email. Never give support a seed phrase, private key, password or one-time code. A legitimate verification flow should not require control of a self-custody wallet’s private keys.

Casino balance is custodial

Sending crypto transfers control to the account system

A blockchain deposit leaves the user’s self-custody wallet and is credited to an internal account after required confirmations. From that point, access depends on Rollbit’s security, verification, contract and withdrawal process.

A displayed token balance does not give the user the private keys to the casino wallet. Treat the service as a counterparty, not as long-term storage.

Record the sending wallet, network, transaction hash, destination address, amount and credited value. This separates blockchain delivery from an internal-credit dispute.

Keep only an affordable session amount on the platform. Crypto price movement, exchange conversion, operator solvency and account restriction are separate risks from the casino game itself.

Public help snapshot

Supported assets and networks must be checked live

The current public help lists stablecoins USDC, USDT, DAI and PYUSD; major assets including BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, RLB, XRP, BNB, DOGE, TRX, ADA, BCH, LINK and POL; and several additional tokens.

Token name is not enough. Wrapped assets and POL are documented on different networks, and the cashier controls the address and route available to one account. Sending a supported token over an unsupported network can lose funds.

The help publishes example minimum deposits, including US$5 for stablecoins and token-specific quantities for other assets. These values can change and were not confirmed in an authenticated NZ cashier.

Before each transfer, verify token, network, address, memo or tag, minimum and fee in the same session. Send a small test only after account eligibility is resolved.

Delivery and turnover

Confirmations, minimums and the documented new-account rule

Rollbit says deposits are credited after network confirmations. Its help gives examples such as one confirmation for BTC, 12 for ETH and 21 for SOL and RLB. Network requirements may change.

Deposits below the published minimum may not credit and may be unrecoverable. “No platform deposit fee” does not remove the sending wallet’s network fee.

A separate withdrawal-requirements article says a new account must deposit US$10 and wager US$10 before withdrawal. The wording is old and should be rechecked against current terms and the live account before funding.

Base turnover is not the same as bonus wagering. An offer may add game contribution, maximum stake, expiry or withdrawal rules. Do not deposit merely to pass funds through the casino.

No personal cash-out test

Crypto withdrawal minimums and gas costs

Public help says Rollbit charges no withdrawal fee beyond standard on-chain gas. The gas amount can be previewed and varies with the network.

The article lists a US$5 minimum for stablecoin withdrawals and examples such as 0.0002 BTC, 0.002 ETH, 0.05 SOL, 0.01 LTC, 10 TRX and 100 RLB. These are dated public values, not guaranteed NZ account settings.

A request can pass through account review before blockchain broadcast. KYC, security, wagering or source-of-funds checks can delay or stop that first stage even when the network itself is operating normally.

We did not make a withdrawal, so this review does not claim speed, success rate or support quality. Confirm the live minimum, destination network, gas and 2FA prompt before approving a request.

Several products share one interface

Casino, Originals, sportsbook, NFTs and futures

The current public site promotes third-party casino games, Rollbit Originals, sportsbook, NFTs, RLB and leveraged crypto futures. The footer states that trading is outside the gaming licence claim.

A lobby count or marketing tile does not prove that each supplier game is available to a New Zealand account. Open the exact title’s help for developer, RTP, version, stake, paytable and maximum award.

Provably fair tools can verify a defined relationship between seeds, nonce and result for supported Originals. They do not prove operator eligibility, fair withdrawal handling or the absence of counterparty risk.

Leveraged futures carry a distinct liquidation risk and should not be evaluated as casino play. This page does not assess trading suitability, prices or investment returns.

Mutable marketing

Rewards and bonus claims need account-specific terms

Rollbit advertises rewards, promotions and RLB-related features. Values can depend on product, volume, account status and current campaign, so this review does not freeze a headline percentage or welcome amount.

Before accepting an offer, save its minimum deposit, wagering, eligible games, contribution rates, maximum bet, expiry, excluded conduct and withdrawal effects.

Do not confuse a reward tied to theoretical house edge with cash already earned. Calculation method, eligibility and release conditions must be read from the current programme rules.

A promotion should not justify a larger deposit or longer session. If the condition is unclear, decline it and keep the account balance uncomplicated.

Controls and evidence

Self-exclusion, deposit limits and loss limits

Rollbit documents self-exclusion through the account, with up to 21 days available directly and longer periods handled through support. It says exclusion disables gambling and non-gambling account features.

Deposit and loss limits can be set for a chosen period. The help says an active limit cannot be undone, including by support, and applies across casino, trading, sportsbook and RLB functions.

We did not test these controls or contact support. Their presence in help is useful evidence but not a measured response-time or enforcement review.

If gambling stops being recreational, stop depositing and use the New Zealand contacts on the responsible gambling page. Do not create another account to bypass a limit or exclusion.

Before registration

Rollbit evidence checklist for an NZ reader

  1. Save the live Terms and Conditions and restricted-country article.
  2. Verify Acacia Tech Ltd and the Anjouan licence claim independently.
  3. Ask for written permission for a resident physically in New Zealand.
  4. Recheck current DIA player information.
  5. Resolve the older Bull Gaming/Curaçao record if it appears in account documents.
  6. Assume KYC can extend through several levels.
  7. Enable 2FA and secure the linked email.
  8. Match token, network, address, memo, minimum and gas.
  9. Confirm deposit and withdrawal turnover in the live account.
  10. Read promotion terms separately from base withdrawal rules.
  11. Open exact game help for RTP and version.
  12. Keep casino, sportsbook and leveraged trading risk separate.
  13. Save transaction hashes, bet IDs and support transcripts.
  14. Set affordable deposit, loss and time limits before play.

Controlled verification sequence

Move from documents to a small account test

Start without funds. Compare the footer, terms, privacy policy, licence validation and restricted-country article on the same date. Confirm which entity contracts with the player and which products the licence claim covers.

Ask support one narrow question that records residence and physical location: may a New Zealand resident in New Zealand register, use casino products and withdraw under the current terms? Save the response and ticket identifier.

If permission is clear, complete verification before a meaningful deposit. Inspect the authenticated cashier and record asset, network, minimum, fee, address format and any deposit or withdrawal condition.

Use only an affordable test amount and never open the sponsored button under the assumption that it is Rollbit. This site’s CPA destination is a separate offer with its own operator and terms.

Evidence preservation

Keep account, blockchain and contract records together

A useful evidence file contains the dated contract, operator identity, support confirmation, account identifier, KYC status, cashier screenshots and each relevant transaction hash. Record times in one time zone and keep the original files rather than edited images.

For a disputed game result, add the title, provider, version where visible, bet ID, stake, currency, displayed RTP and paytable. For a payment issue, separate the on-chain transaction from the operator’s internal credit or review stage.

Do not publish identity documents, wallet recovery phrases or authentication codes when seeking help. Share only the minimum evidence through the operator’s official secure channel, and retain redacted copies for your own chronology.

Bottom line

Evidence is useful, but the account outcome remains untested

Rollbit currently presents Acacia Tech Ltd and an Anjouan licence claim. New Zealand is absent from the published restricted list, while operator discretion and provider restrictions remain.

The entity change from older Bull Gaming and Curaçao material makes a current contract check especially important. Do not rely on an old review, referral footer or screenshot.

Public cashier help provides a useful asset and minimum snapshot, and KYC and safer-gambling controls are documented. None of those facts proves that one NZ account will be accepted or that a withdrawal will succeed.

The safest editorial verdict is unconfirmed NZ eligibility with a clear verification path. No recommendation, rating, bonus promise or personal-test claim is made.

Questions answered

Frequently asked questions

Does Rollbit permit New Zealand players?

New Zealand is not named in the checked restricted-country article, but Rollbit reserves discretion to refuse other markets and no NZ account, KYC, cashier or withdrawal was tested. Eligibility is unconfirmed, not guaranteed.

Who currently operates Rollbit?

The official footer checked on 6 October 2026 names Acacia Tech Ltd of Nevis and claims Anjouan licence ALSI-042308006-FII.

Why does this review mention Bull Gaming N.V.?

An older indexed official referral page named Bull Gaming N.V. and a Curaçao licence. The current footer differs, so the article records the change and tells readers to verify the live contract.

Can Rollbit require KYC?

Yes. Its help centre describes up to five verification levels and says later levels may be required after the first.

Does the sponsored button open Rollbit?

No. It uses NZ Casino Atlas’s existing CPA route to a separate offer and is labelled accordingly.
